Those successful business man and professionals like Mr. Jack Ma have concluded their own formula or rule for life’s success and now let me present my own ten rules for life’s success.
1. Observe in your surroundings.
- Just like the first step on scientific problem solving, any aspiring technopreneurs should have to observe its own surroundings.From that observation, many things will come to your mind and eventually from that observation; there is a big possibility that you can see a problem, a necessity of the people, or the whole society. And from that, you will start to think of a great solution. It is not like you can just go and create products or application then present it to the market, we must observe, and see what the problem is. So that you will have a basis for your future business plans. You will have a basis on what type of product you will make from that observation.
2. Don’t Be Afraid
- Be a soldier! Do not be afraid to what your product can bring. Being afraid stops you from reaching success. Always take a risk; risks are there to test how far you can go with your ideas. Risks are there to mold you. If we take a risk then surely there will be rewards. Don’t be afraid with your co-competitors, they are there to make us better. There is no reason to be afraid.Success is only for those who are not afraid to grab all the risk and take the reward after it.
3. Be creative and experimental
- Be a scientist-like businessman. Be creative and experimental in your works. Always add spices to your product that will catch the attention of the customers. It will lead you to make great products that might change the world or people’s lives.
4. Have a bursting Confidence
- Don’t be shy! How can you be successful if you can’t present it? Confidence is a weapon. Every technopreneurs must have this attitude because in every product that we make, we must introduce through pitching. Pitching is the most crucial part of convincing businessman to buy your product. We must build confidence to our selves.
5. Be always Inspired and Motivated
- Inspirations and motivations are important to technopreneurs to build new products. This will boost the imagination of the technopreneurs, and through those things, technopreneurs will be challenge to do more. These factors will keep the burning fire in the hearts of technopreneurs. This will become the driving-force of technopreneurs to reach success in their lives.Because the road to success has many obstacles, ups and downs, problems and many more trouble that might end up to discouragements on the side of technopreneurs. If that time will come, being always inspired and motivated will save you.
6. Accept the fact that you are Weak
- If we learn to accept our own weaknesses, we can make it as our own weapons. If we know our weaknesses then we can start building there, enhance that weakness so that it will not become an obstacle to reach success. Know your weakness, so that you can have an action on how to improve it.
7. Don’t think that you’re the only one who is Better or right
- Keep in my mind that the world is so big and there are a lot of brilliant ideas coming from different technopreneurs around the world. Don’t satisfy just because you have successfully gained good result from one of your products. Do not let your guards down. Do not let your head get big. Stay ahead of the competition, through that success will surely come.
8. Hear the sides of the Customers
- Always hear the sides of the customers. It is important to know the opinions of the customer so that you can improve the quality of your products. Technopreneurs should check how his/her products affect the lives of the customers. Through this, technopreneurs can make modifications to the product that will fit to the lives of the customers. Without customers there is no business.
9. Embrace Failures
- Failures are like school lessons; we need to accept it, learn from it, and embrace it. It will teach to adapt to a whole new ground of learning. Failures are there to test our courage, to survive and become successful.
10. Never Surrender
- In everything that you will do to reach success many things will happen. There will always be a trade-off in life but above all, never surrender. Because if do, you will gain nothing and everything you have done will mean nothing if you surrender.
Achieving success in life is never been that easy, lucky are those who were born with a silver spoon on their mouths because they don’t have to struggle anymore on finding ways to earn money or build a business because being rich is already at their hands, all they need to do is to plan how to spend it. But for those who were born unlucky like me, don’t think that the Lord God deprive us from life’s pleasure. We are sent out to this world to become an example to the world. Technopreneurs are sent out to change the world.
